This page describes the main terms and conditions regarding the free trial, renewal, and cancellation of subscriptions to REVO PDF Loader.
Free Trial
REVO PDF Loader may offer a 7-day free trial period. During the trial period, the user can use the features provided by the chosen plan in accordance with the terms indicated at the time of registration. The pricing terms applicable at the end of the trial are shown to the user prior to subscription.
Start of the Subscription
At the end of the free trial period, if an auto-renewing subscription has been activated and has not been canceled within the specified deadline, the subscription continues according to the plan and price shown at the time of subscription. Payment is processed using the payment method associated with the subscription. Payments are managed through Stripe.
Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, REVO PDF Loader subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription renews according to the billing cycle of the chosen plan, for example monthly or annually. The applicable renewal amount is charged to the payment method associated with the subscription. Renewal continues until the subscription is canceled by the user.
How to Cancel the Subscription
The user may cancel their subscription using the features available in their REVO PDF Loader account or through the subscription management options provided by the Service. Cancellation prevents subsequent automatic renewals. It is recommended to cancel before the date scheduled for the next renewal.
What Happens After Cancellation
When the user cancels a subscription that has already been paid for, access to paid features may continue until the end of the purchased period, provided this is supported by the plan and the cancellation method applied. Upon expiration of the subscription period, access to subscriber-only features is deactivated or limited according to the specifications of the Service. Canceling the subscription does not automatically delete the REVO PDF Loader account.
Account Deletion
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are distinct actions. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Account deletion, on the other hand, entails the closure of the REVO account according to the terms set forth by the Service and the Privacy Policy. Before requesting account deletion, the user is advised to independently download and back up all necessary documents and information.
Failed Payment
If a renewal payment cannot be completed, REVO PDF Loader and/or its payment service provider may make further payment attempts according to applicable procedures. In the event of non-payment, access to paid features may be suspended or deactivated.
Refunds
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund of amounts for subscription periods that have already started or been legitimately charged. Except as mandatorily provided by applicable law, refunds are not provided for: failure to use the Service; partial use of the purchased period; forgetting to cancel before renewal; voluntary cessation of use during an already purchased period. Any non-waivable statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
Price Changes
REVO PDF Loader may change the prices of its plans in the future. Any changes applicable to renewals of existing subscriptions will be communicated when and with the advance notice required by applicable law. If the user does not wish to accept the new pricing terms, they may cancel the subscription renewal before the new price takes effect.
