REVO PDF Loader

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the REVO PDF Loader online software service (“REVO”, “Service”). By using REVO, creating an account, or subscribing to a plan, the user agrees to these Terms.

1. SERVICE PROVIDER

REVO PDF Loader is provided by: FudoSoftware / REVO PDF Loader. Email: support@revopdfloader.com

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

REVO PDF Loader is a software application that allows the automation of operations on PDF documents, including, by way of example: template configuration; field positioning; batch processing of documents; data import from CSV/Excel; automated filling; generation of resulting PDF documents; processing of compatible PDF forms.

REVO constitutes exclusively a technical automation tool. REVO does not verify the meaning, legal, administrative, tax, or substantive accuracy of the documents and data entered by the user.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOCUMENTS

The user retains full responsibility for the documents, templates, data, CSV files, PDFs, and other information used through REVO. Before using, sending, printing, archiving, or distributing any document generated via REVO, the user is required to verify its: correctness; completeness; correspondence with the original data; data positioning; formatting; validity; suitability for the intended purpose.

Documents produced by REVO must be verified by the user before use. The user must not assume that the mere completion of processing by the software guarantees the substantive correctness of the document.

4. ERRORS IN DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER

REVO processes information based on the data, configurations, and instructions provided by the user. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for consequences resulting from: incorrect data; incorrect CSV files; incorrect field mappings; incorrectly configured templates; defective source documents; missing information; incorrect field positioning performed by the user; improper use of features; failure to verify the produced documents.

5. USE OF GENERATED DOCUMENTS

REVO does not provide advice: legal; tax; accounting; administrative; medical; financial; professional. The technical generation of a document does not imply that such document is legally valid, compliant with any regulations, or suitable for a specific procedure. Verifying the suitability of the document remains the user's responsibility.

6. ACCOUNT

To use certain features, it may be necessary to create an account. The user is responsible for: the accuracy of the information provided; the confidentiality of their credentials; activities carried out through their account; protecting their password. The account may not be transferred, sold, or shared in violation of the terms of the subscribed plan.

7. FREE TRIAL

REVO may offer a free trial period, currently set at 7 days, unless otherwise specified at the time of registration. The pricing terms applicable after the trial period are shown to the user prior to subscription. The Provider may modify or discontinue future promotional offers or trial periods, without prejudice to what has already been agreed upon with users and what is provided for by law.

8. SUBSCRIPTION

REVO may be provided via a recurring subscription. Before subscribing, the following are specified: price; duration; billing frequency; any free trial period; renewal conditions. Unless otherwise indicated, subscriptions subject to automatic renewal are renewed according to the frequency chosen by the user until cancellation.

9. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

The user may request cancellation of the subscription through the methods made available by the Service. Cancellation prevents subsequent renewals under the conditions specified at the time of cancellation. Cancellation of the subscription does not automatically entail a refund of amounts already legitimately accrued or paid, except where a refund is required by law or under these conditions.

10. REFUND POLICY

Except for mandatory rights recognized by applicable law, REVO does not offer voluntary refunds for subscription periods that have already begun, non-use of the Service, partial use of the purchased period, forgotten cancellation, or simple change of mind by the user. Non-use of the Service during a subscription period does not, in itself, entitle the user to a refund.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any mandatory rights belonging to consumers under applicable law, including, where applicable, rights relating to withdrawal, non-conformity of the digital service, price reduction, or termination of the contract.

11. CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the user is acting as a consumer, the rights provided for by Italian and European regulations regarding distance contracts and digital services apply. Any immediate commencement of the service during the withdrawal period and the related consequences will be managed in compliance with applicable regulations. The Service does not intend to limit consumer rights that cannot be contractually excluded.

12. PAYMENTS

Payments are handled through Stripe or other payment service providers that may be specified. REVO does not need to directly store complete payment card data. The user is responsible for providing a valid payment method and keeping the related information up to date.

13. NON-PAYMENT

In the event of a declined payment; invalid payment method; failed renewal; chargeback; non-payment of amounts due, REVO may, to the extent permitted by law, restrict or suspend access to paid features.

14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

REVO is provided via IT infrastructures and third-party services. The Provider aims to ensure high availability of the Service but, except for any warranties expressly provided and without prejudice to mandatory rights provided by law, does not guarantee operation that is: continuous; uninterrupted; error-free; compatible with any device, browser, document, or configuration; immune from interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or infrastructural problems.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or causes beyond the Provider's control.

15. BACKUP AND RETENTION OF DOCUMENTS

REVO must not be used as a document storage or backup system for the user. The user is responsible for the retention of: original documents; CSV/Excel files; templates; generated documents; backup copies necessary for their business. The user must independently download and retain the processing results.

16. TEMPORARY PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS

Under REVO's current architecture, documents uploaded for processing are transmitted to the backend via an HTTPS connection and processed temporarily in system memory to perform the requested operation. Documents are not intentionally stored in the application's database or persistent filesystem for preservation purposes. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.

17. PROHIBITED USES

It is prohibited to use REVO: for illegal activities; to violate third-party rights; to gain unauthorized access to systems or information; to distribute malware; to compromise the operation of the Service; to bypass subscription limitations; to resell access to the Service without authorization; to use documents or personal data without an appropriate legal basis; to infringe intellectual property rights. REVO may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms, in compliance with applicable law.

18. PERSONAL DATA CONTAINED IN DOCUMENTS

The user independently decides which documents and data to submit to REVO. The user is responsible for the lawfulness of the processing of personal data contained in their documents and for the existence of the necessary legal bases, authorizations, or other prerequisites required by applicable law. When applicable, relations concerning data processing on behalf of business customers may be governed by a specific Data Processing Agreement.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

REVO PDF Loader, the related software, interface, trademarks, logos, graphics, documentation, and proprietary components belong to their respective owners. Subscribing to a plan grants only a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the subscribed plan. No ownership rights in the software are transferred to the user.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use REVO, including, where legally excludable: loss of business opportunities; loss of profits; business interruption; loss arising from the use of unverified documents; consequences of data entered incorrectly by the user; improper use of generated documents; loss of data for which the user has not maintained independent copies.

This clause does not limit liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP

For business users and to the extent permitted by law, any aggregate liability of the Provider arising from the contract or use of the Service shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user to REVO in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply in cases where liability cannot be limited by law. For consumers, the mandatory rights provided by consumer protection laws remain fully applicable.

22. INDEMNIFICATION FOR UNLAWFUL USE

In relations with business users and to the extent permitted by law, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any third-party claims arising from unlawful uses of the Service attributable to the user, infringements of third-party rights, or unlawful processing of data/documents carried out by the user through REVO.

23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

REVO uses services and infrastructures provided by third parties. The operation of such services may be subject to terms, maintenance, unavailability, or changes not directly controllable by REVO. The Provider is not responsible for the independent conduct of third-party providers outside its control, without prejudice to mandatory obligations and liabilities under the law.

24. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

REVO may evolve over time. Features may be introduced, modified, or removed for needs that are: technical; operational; security-related; regulatory; commercial. Substantial modifications that impact user rights will be handled as required by applicable regulations.

25. PRICE CHANGES

Prices may be modified for future periods. Any changes applicable to existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance when required by law or contract. The user may cancel the renewal if they do not wish to accept the new price, subject to applicable conditions.

26. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

REVO may suspend or terminate an account in the event of: serious breach of these Terms; unlawful use; fraud; attempts to compromise security; non-payment; abuse of the Service. Any suspension or termination will be carried out in compliance with mandatory legal obligations.

27. FORCE MAJEURE

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as major infrastructure disruptions, natural disasters, wars, government actions, blackouts, widespread network outages, or other force majeure events.

28. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the application of any mandatory provisions available to the consumer under applicable law.

29. JURISDICTION

For business users, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law, disputes will be submitted to the court identified in the Provider's definitive contractual terms. For consumers, the mandatory rules on territorial jurisdiction provided by consumer protection legislation apply.

30. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

31. PREVALENCE OF LAW

No provision in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of rights granted mandatorily to the user by applicable law. If any contractual provision is incompatible with a mandatory statutory rule, the latter shall prevail.

ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, the user declares that they had the opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy prior to entering into the contract.
